- We offer five standard /deluxe rooms, two studios & one jr. suite for your different needs. Every room includes comfortable bed(s), linens, window A/C, cable TV, radio alarm clock CD player, free WiFi, closet, dresser, private bathroom with shower and daily maid service.

- Blowdryers, irons & boards, extra pillows could be borrowed upon request. We will glady replace your beach towels with fresh ones whenever you ask.

- Beach chairs, umbrellas, ice coolers, frisbee & boogie board are also free to be borrowed.

- Two studios have full kitchen that are for families or travellers who like to have stove-top to cook during their extended visit.

- Deluxe rooms have mini-kitchenettes (microwave-oven, toaster, coffee maker, mini-bar fridge & utensils) that add convenience to short or extended vacation.

- Expectations:
- 1) Standard rooms are smaller and are recommended for short stays or budget-minded travelers.
- 2) Deluxe rooms are slightly bigger. The mini-kitchenette is handy for making simple breakfast, sandwiches & heating up food in microwave.
- 3) Jr. Suite & Large Studio are recommended for longer stays. They are the same size as the rooms in big hotel chains.
- 4) We are a lowly guest house and we are not fancy. If you have never stayed in a guest house before, you may want to re-consider your options. We are very small and in no comparison to amenities that big resorts & boutique hotels offer. However we do try to be clean and helpful to our guests so that they would experience San Juan & Puerto Rico in a more personal & authentic way.
- 5) You may have been recommended by other travellers who had stayed with us. However, we would like to remind you that individual expectations & experiences vary. Most of our guests had enjoyed their stay with us. Some of them have returned. Others planned their wedding in San Juan and had us hosting their families & friends.
